Ten years ago on a night where the crescent moon waned, Ebba felt a sharp pang in her tummy. Maybe it's finally time. It was a windy night, with strong gales howling 🍃. The pregnancy had been a tumultuous one, despite having gone through a pregnancy with a pair of twin boys. She didn't expect her pregnancy with a baby girl will be more difficult, this must be a special one she thought. This one had the strongest kicks among her babies, particularly most actively kicking whenever she was eating sausages. This girl must like sausages a lot, she thought. She can't wait to meet this active baby.
"Is this a typhoon coming?" Ebba's husband, Åke said worryingly.
"Quick, get a doctor! I think she's coming." Frantically, Åke ran out of the house to find one.
As the wind blew stronger, the candles in the house got extinguished. It didn't help that the night's moon was dim. No matter how dark it was, Ebba had to give birth to this girl smoothly. Trying her best to deal with labour pains, she breathed in and out as she remembered her last attempt at giving birth.
"Heeevee in, hoooof out, heeeve in, hoooof out."
Suddenly a gust of wind blew open the window. Swoooooosh. It went into the house, passed Ebba's bed and out through the door. Ebba jolted in shock and before she could make sense of what happened, she heard cries. Is she out? Ebba thought.
"Oh my baby girl." Ebba sat up and foraged in the dark for her baby. There at the door she saw two familiar figures walking closer with a gas lamp. As she tried to make out the silhouette, Ebba heaved a sigh of relief that they were Åke and.. Mr Pronobo.
