Följa stood on Louie's palm and stepped forward bowing to apologise when suddenly, Louie interrupted. "This is not right. Actually why should Följa be the one apologising? Isn't her Dad the one who made the Hootles angry?"
Ever since Mr Pronobo had been sharing about Följa's past, Louie had been thinking hard about Följa's situation and felt something didn't feel right. He finally decided to speak up.
"Mr Pronobo, do you know where Följa's parents live? I think we should help Följa and her parents have a talk together too. It's not right of them to just let Följa's parents leave her to be all by herself just because she looks different from others.
I'm shorter than most ten years old and I was often teased by my classmates, but my parents never thought because of that I should avoid my classmates. They taught me that I should embrace who I am and my differences. I'm not afraid of being short! If Följa isn't shy of being an one eyed Alma, I don't see why her parents should." Louie said determinedly.
Mr Pronobo and Följa were stunned at Louie's speech. Följa's tears welled up again, and said "I can't remember when's the last time I saw my Mom and Dad. Mr Pronobo, do you know where they are?"
"Ah, I see. Good reasoning young lad! Maybe all Åke has to do is to apologise. If I'm not wrong, I think I know where they could be right now..."
